About me

My name is Elspeth, and I’m a TV Presenter, a fashionholic and also a lover of all things nature. I am a quintessential girl, I don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t cram a shopping bag full of ‘must haves’ on my day off. I know I share this with a gazillion other lasses and lads skipping merrily down the high street, but I want more.

In this blog, little old me is aiming to plant the seed for a new way of thinking about fashion, in my head as well as yours. There is more to the colourful world of fashion than meets the eye and I want to delve into it, to learn about fashion and ethics, how wildlife and nature contributes to fashion, and how we can shop differently, from buying ethically, to making informed choices on what we will and won’t wear and to recycling and buying carefully to help the world, and our wallets! Fashion is fun and emulating styles and creating your own style is a core part of daily life, so it should stay this way, making a positive impact on the world and everyone in its path in the meantime. 

I have a degree in Media, a diploma in fashion journalism and work on both sides of the camera in the fashion industry and I want to learn about fashion from a fresh angle and share it with you lovelies. Enjoy reading and feel free to comment and pass it on!
